Every order is carefully processed within 3 business days to ensure it’s perfect before it leaves us.

Shipping Time

Once processed, your order typically arrives within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to:

  • Delays with the shipping company

  • Public holidays or seasonal demand

  • Customs or import clearance

  • Extreme weather or unforeseen events

Please understand that shipping times are average estimates, and your order may arrive sooner or later depending on your location and local postal services.

Tracking

International Shipping, Customs & Compliance

As a worldwide shipper, orders sent outside the country of dispatch may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other government-imposed charges. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If applicable, customs authorities or the shipping carrier may contact you directly using the details provided at checkout — including your name, shipping address, phone number, or email — to request payment, identity verification, or additional documentation required for clearance.

For certain countries, local regulations require additional identity verification or documentation (commonly referred to as “Know Your Customer” or KYC requirements) before a shipment can be released. Customers must provide accurate and complete information if contacted. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays, additional charges, return of the parcel, or abandonment of the shipment.

Kensho Vibe Ltd does not control customs processes, government requirements, or import fees and cannot predict or influence the amount of such charges.

Unpaid Duties & Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by the destination country, the shipment may be returned to Kensho Vibe Ltd.

In such cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, as the delivery was attempted and customs processing initiated in accordance with the customer’s order and the regulations of the destination country. The product cost will be refunded once the item is successfully returned to us, subject to inspection and any applicable return handling fees.

Customer Information Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout — including full name, delivery address, contact number, and email — are accurate and complete.

Kensho Vibe Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or parcels that are returned, held, or abandoned due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned due to incorrect customer-provided details, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, as the delivery attempt was made in accordance with the information supplied at checkout. The product cost will be refunded once the item is successfully returned to us, subject to inspection and any applicable return handling fees.
